Gonna be a good one!
The wait is over! Well, nearly over, at least. The Seattle Sounders announced their preseason details today and there isn’t a whole lot of waiting left. Preseason activities, presented by adidas, begin on January 22, 2016, a Friday less than a month away from now. The season will begin at Starfire Sports at the team’s training facility in Tukwila. Media access windows have not yet been announced but once they are, we will surely hear much more about preseason training.
Camps are going to be held in Tucson and Mt. San Antonio College in Southern California, and the Sounders are set to play in five preseason games. Training at Starfire Sports will take place over a week in January, then the Sounders will head to Tucson Training Camp on January 28. They will also take part in the Desert Friendlies competition during this time period, which will end February 10. The Sounders will take a couple of days off on February 10 and 11, then travel to Training Camp at Mt. San Antonio College, which takes place from February 12 through 18. They will have a very busy New Year within the first month alone!
Can’t wait for the pregame matches? The first will be against the Vancouver Whitecaps FC at Kino Grandstand Field on February 3, 2016 at 4PM. It will be part of the Friendlies competition. Next, the Sounders will be playing against the Portland Timbers at the Kino North Stadium on February 6 at 6PM, again as part of the Friendlies competition. On February 9, 2016 Rave Green will return to the Kino North Stadium to battle the Celaya FC at 6PM, still taking part in the Friendlies competition. This last match against the Mexican team is said to help get the team ready and fired up for the 2015-2016 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League Quarterfinal matchup with Club America.
Two more Friendlies will be played by the Sounders, but one of those is not yet announced yet and is marked as to be determined for now. One will be on February 14, 2016, just in time for Valentine’s Day. The other will be on February 17 against LA Galaxy.
Keep in mind that season tickets are already on sale, so if you want to get ahead and nab your seats before they fill up, do it now. The lowest prices currently available, when purchased in bulk, are $24 per ticket, per game.

If you coach older players then addinhg in some
set pieces during low intensity training sessions
is a really good idcea if you want to work on the tactical cokponents of the game.
Problems are inevitable etween players iin most of
the cases. Lastly a coach must make training sessions something
that players ccan lkok forward to. Applying geometry
here, you realize that you have to make the distanhce shorter for the ssame ange so that there will also bee a thinner gap for the twwo sideds
of a triangle.
My blog; soccer strength training; Tommy,
I don't mean to be obtuse, but.... do we win points for commenting on the most posts?!
