SSI Updates

Hello!

This post is being provided to help you understand the changes we have recently made.

The “new” Seattle Sports Insider is split up into several categories (more to come!) that should make your experience better and easier.

The new features are particularly useful if you are only interested in reading about one specific sport – but they work well if you are interested in them all, too!

Those of you interested in primarily in just one category, such as baseball, may be happy to see you can go to one place and see that sport only!

Our current menu categories are as follows:

All     Baseball     Basketball     Football     Hockey     Soccer

Each menu item will provide you with an experience based off of the sport (or sports) you are interested in. Please be advised, some of the categories are still “under construction”.

We are working towards each category being its own small section of the site – with “All” encompassing every category for the full Seattle Sports Insider experience.

The category you choose will be highlighted in the menu to make it easier to navigate the site.

Here are a few new links/bookmarks if you want your experience to be the same each time you come to the site (without having to click around):

http://seattlebaseballinsider.com/

http://seattlebasketballinsider.com/

http://seattlefootballinsider.com/

http://seattlehockeyinsider.com/

http://seattlesoccerinsider.com/

You can always choose a different category from wherever you are (using the top menu), and for the full experience all sports will be visible at seattlesportsinsider.com

Have something to say? Have a question?

Please let us know!

I like being able to click "Football" on Seahawks day and browse the football-only material.

As you noted Josh ... assuming the NFL portion of the site attracts Seahawk fans, some will look over the baseball portion of the site and notice, of course, that it's the greatest site on the internet.  Rising tide lifts all boats?  Seahawks fans + 117 W's in 2016 = world hegemony

......

I wonder how many Arsenal Gunners fans there are in the NW.  We put up a couple of quick posts last year and attracted fans from ... Europe.  EPL 'net rats are a diff'rnt breed.  Hey, there's an Arsenal section during Sounders games...

Good stuff.
