as an author are the most open to commentors of any blogger I've ever read. No other author seems a willing to defend their ideas, or as accepting to challenges our modifications.
You'll noticed I used some moniker of intelligent in every brand, because I believe that the Seattle blogosphere is very intelligent. But SSI is a unique blend of sabermetric stats (both common and personally invented), scouting, and outsider opinion, and that blend deserves to be called intelligent.
